Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

June 10, 2026

Attendance:  Maureen Pettis, Carolyn LaRosa, Sharon Decker, Jim Bovino, Larry Velte, and Mark Heppner,

 Absent: Diane Jeffers

 The meeting was held at Laurel Ridge Elementary School and called to order at 7:34 p.m.

Approval of May 13, 2026 Meeting Minutes:  The minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s Report - As of 5/31/2026, we had 

                  $12,146.26 in Operating Account,

                   $6,890.70 in CD,

                   $ 5,005.63 in Money Market, and

                   $27,490.65 in Reserve Study CD.

                  Delinquencies were 

                  6 accounts owing over $500 for a total of $4,246.47,

                  8 accounts owing between $100 and $499 for a total of $1,433.89, and

                  12 accounts owing between $50 and $99 for a total of $702.75                  

                  Tree Work - Thus far this year, we have spent $7,925.00 on tree work.    

Old Business:

• Tarp in Front of 4786 Farndon Ct. - Maureen will contact the neighbor through a letter.
• Email Access - We are having some difficulty in consistently accessing the email.  
• Website - We have a website, www.kpwhoa.com.  In addition, Burke Community Management has a website for the HOA.  It can be accessed through https://advantage.cincwebaxis.com or www.burkecmg.com.  We need to work on moving historical data our site within BCM.
• Annual Meeting:  Annual meeting on June 17, 7:30 pm at Farrell Hall in St. Mary’s.  Carolyn LaRosa will be the nominating chair.  We will discuss the potential additional assessment of $25.00.

New Business:

Next meeting is July 14 at 7:30, at 10211 Dundalk.  The meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm.
