Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

April 8, 2026

Attendance:  Maureen Pettis, Carolyn LaRosa, Sharon Decker, and Jim Bovino 

Absent:  Diane Jeffers, Mark Heppner, and Larry Velte 

The meeting was held at Laurel Ridge Elementary School and called to order at 7:35 p.m.

Approval of March 11, 2026 Meeting Minutes:  The minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s Report - As of 3/31/2026, we had 

                  $14,456.59 in Operating Account,

                    $6,849.37 in CD,

                    $5,004.37 in Money Market, and

                    $27,325.76 in Reserve Study CD.

               Delinquencies were 

                  5 accounts owing over $500 for a total of $3,727.47,

                  10 accounts owing between $100 and $499 for a total of $2,024.42, and

                  19 accounts owing between $50 and $99 for a total of $960.00.00.          

Tree Work - Jim will follow-up with the homeowner to see what needs to be done.    

Old Business:

• Website - Bill to be paid.  
• Annual Assessment - Maureen and Larry met with BCM on 4/29/2026 to seek their advice. 
• Annual Meeting:  We will look for a place to have the annual meeting on June 17 at Farrell Hall in St. Mary’s.

Next meeting is May 13 at 7:30, at Laurel Ridge Elementary School.  The meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
