Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

May 8, 2024

Attendance:  Larry Velte, Carolyn LaRosa, Sharon Decker, Diane Jeffers, and Maureen Pettis

Absent: Jim Bovino and Mark Heppner

Approval of April 10, 2024 Meeting Minutes:  The minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:  

November 2023 financials reflect the following:

• CIT Operating Account balance of $9,532.24.  Changes in the operating account are attributed to $618.25 to Burke Management, $0.66 for postage, and $187.51 for annual meeting notice expenses.
• General Fund CDs balance of $5,524.35 and $5,507.39.
• Reserve Study CD balance $23,902.16.

Old Business:

• Unpaid Assessments: The delinquencies have shown some improvement.  Tabled further discussion to next meeting.
• Trees:  No new emails.  Thus far, we have spent $7,600.00 for tree removal.
• No Dumping Signs: Diane has the signs.  Larry and Diane will arrange putting them up.  

New Business:

• Annual Meeting: May 15, 2024, 7:30 p.m. at Laurel Ridge Elementary School.
• Next Board Meeting is June 12, 2024 at 7:30, at Laurel Ridge Elementary School.
