The Members of the Kings Park West Community Association held a special meeting on May 5, 2004 to discuss and decide three items of business. The results of the meeting are:

  1. The Members voted to authorize the reinstatement of the Association as a Virginia nonstock Corporation. – Passed
  2. The Members voted to decide on the size of the Board of Directors (between three and nine members). The Members determined the Board size to be seven (7)
  3. The Members voted to elect a Board of Directors. The elected Board is denoted with an "X", the final count of all votes is:
