Board of Directors Meetings Minutes

January 11, 2012

In attendance:  Armand Fournier, Jim Messinger, Linda Bufano, Mark Heppner, Larry Velte

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm.

Approval of December Meeting Minutes:  The December minutes were reviewed, Jim motioned to approve, Mark seconded; approved 5-0.

Treasurer’s Report:  The board was informed that the current checking account blance as of December 31, 2011 is $1004.27; the savings account is at $18,101.86; there are 2 general fund CD’s in the amount of $5,233.18 each, and the reserve CD is $13,434.77 bringing the grand total to $43,007.26.  Did not expend $2300 to Goldklang for audit, will check with Rod on audit.  Mark also said he would check with Rod on the 2011 taxes.

Old Business:  County has taken responsibility for the tree trunk in the stream on the common property.  The County has informed us this may take 4-6 weeks to remove.

New Business:  May annual meeting should take place sometime during the week of May 14.  Larry agreed to check with the school about securing a room.

Hearing no new business Larry motioned to adjourn; Linda seconded.  Meeting concluded at 7:55 pm.
