Holly Trees –
The homeowner provided a quote to trim the trees rather than remove them.

homeowner a letter stating that the Board will not spend any further funds
on this matter.
- Annual
Tree Encroachment Survey – Board members found 2 trees on HOA
property that definitely need to be cut down and 3 more possibly needing
cut down. The Board will get 3 quotes for this service.

is seeking volunteers. The annual meeting will be held at Laurel Ridge
Elementary School on May 18, 2016.
